FPL Food purchases cattle from throughout the United States. We require that all of our purchased cattle meet the
USDA AMS Country of Origin requirements, and that carcasses are transported in a manner
to meet the USDA FSIS Notice 06-10 regulations concerning Humane Handling. The company uses a
variety of methods for purchasing livestock to include live weight, dressed rail bid or a classical rail bid
based on carcass yield and quality traits. The FPL Food harvest facility receives cattle Sunday evening
thru Friday morning during normal work week. Should you have an interest in learning more about
